Patrick's work focuses on the blurry dichotomy of "Nature-Culture" from two complementary perspectives: animal issues (power, domination, and coexistence) and territory (how it is read and transformed). Anchored in photography, his practice incorporates film and video, writings, illustrations, image manipulation, maps, digital constructions, and sound. His work has been exhibited and published in Latin America, Europe, and Asia.

Project Plan
I will continue my research on animal liminality and coexistence, following work in Key West (USA), Nara, Itsukushima, and Okunoshima (Japan), Jaipur (India), and Beidaihe (China). In Tokyo, I will focus on the city's relationship with crows, and also on testing and editing work from previous months in Japan and India concerning coexistence with deer, rhesus monkeys, cows, and rabbits.
