Residence Plan
I will create a combined abstract painting installation with sound composition. With this project I am considering how musical composition develops rhythm and pattern across time, as well as how repeated use of similar sounds within a composition allows time to shift both forward and backward through our memory. Here, pattern and memory develop across long paintings and long stereo compositions.
