Residence Plan
During my time at AIR 3331 I will develop a three-movement piece for toy piano and voice titled 'Voic(e)scape'. Involving multiple toy pianos, the piece asks how do voices inhabit city spaces? Who can we hear in the city? How do voices resonate in between buildings, streets, blocks, and materials? How do voices travel on transport and receive metropolitan direction?
