Residence Plan
During my 4-week Tokyo residency, I will develop new screen print motifs inspired by Japanese architecture, textiles, and urban culture through drawing, photography, and mark-making. Daily studio work will focus on creating pattern studies from architectural details, traditional textile designs, and contemporary Tokyo aesthetics. I will utilize MIDORI.so print studio for screen printing and risograph production, translating collected imagery into bold graphic prints.
