Project Plan
This project will explore how Swiss ideals of precision and perfection are perceived in Japan, contrasting them with Japan's aesthetic of imperfection, transience, and Zen principles like wabi-sabi. It will include Polaroid photos and sketches documenting personal encounters, blending Swiss and Japanese cultural elements. The project aims to provoke a dialogue between the two cultures and examine how perceptions of place and identity shift through cultural exchange.
