Residence plan
Inspired by the aesthetics of "Void" and "Empty" in the composition of artworks, Wei Mao is planning to work on a new series as a project combining lighting installation and photos based on her research about objects ("things", "mono") in Tokyo. Her intention is to explore the ambiguous emotions and existence of memory rooted in Japanese culture.
